All passengers must wear seat belts in accordance with British Law.
No smoking allowed in the vehicle.
The consumption of food or alcohol of any kind is not permitted without the driver's consent.
Any spillages or vomiting by passengers will incur cleaning charges of £25 per seat or carpet area to be paid by the hirer.
The hirer is responsible for the general conduct and behaviour of all passengers.
The company and its driver reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who would appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or whose behaviour is deemed to be a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger.
Any damage to the vehicle internally or externally will incur all costs.
Whist every precaution is taken, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any article placed, carried or left behind in the vehicle. We will endeavour to check the vehicle at the termination of the journey.
Additional pick-up and drop-off points not confirmed at the time of booking, may be charged extra to cover time and mileage.
A charge may be incurred if there is prolonged waiting time either at the start or return of journey at the discretion of the driver.
Once we leave the pick-up point we will not be held responsible for late drop off times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control i.e. traffic delays, severe weather conditions, breakdowns etc.
Speed limits will be observed at all times.
The driver will travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the hirer.
Parking charges, tolls, congestion charges are included in the quoted price.
All airport pick-ups are allowed up to 1 hour waiting time after the aircraft has landed. Thereafter the hirer will incur charges of £20 per hour. We will endeavour to monitor arrival times via the internet.
